Regarding professional development, our efforts on the training side reflect the approach of a long-term vision towards our employees on all levels.
Periodical training programs for our colleagues are conceived so as to ensure both the technical knowledge for the fulfilment of our daily responsibilities, and good understanding of our business model and its basic principles.
All new employees begin their activity with an introductory seminar, the main objectives of which are to promote among them our organizational culture and to ensure an easy and agreeable integration.
The structure and length of the training programs vary according to the specificity of each job. Technical trainings are organized by combining intensive theory classes with practical training (on-the-job), which are delivered and organized by experienced and extremely dedicated employees.
