ProCredit Bank offers a comprehensive and development training programme - Young Bankers’ Programme - which is addressed to those wanting to specialize in the banking field.
ProCredit Bank offers a six-month introductory course, theoretical and practical, on finance, economics, economic and sustainable developement and banking services. The programme involves theoretical classroom training and practical training in ProCredit Bank’s branches and service points, requiring travelling in other locations and time assigned for individual study.
Attendance is mandatory in all courses, throughout the programme and ProCredit Bank will bear all the expenses generated by accommodation and transportation.
The candidates selected by ProCredit Bank are sponsored via a stipend programme for six months. A monthly stipend is paid to the participants during the whole duration of the programme.
Upon successful completion of the six-month course, there is a strong possibility that the stipend recipient will be offered an employment contract by the bank.
