Eligibility criteria and necessary documents
The eligibility criteria and the necessary documents for accesing a loan are:
- Private individuals with Romanian citizenship and residence;
- age: between 18 and 65 years on the end of the loan agreement / on the date of the granting of the overdraft facility;
- salary and assimilated incomes – at least 6 months length of service on the latest job, or at least 1 year of work experience, 3 months of which on the current job;
- incomes from rent – minimum 6 months of income from the rental of that building;
- incomes from dividends – minimum two years of income from dividends;
- incomes from freelance activities (certified freelancers, civil companies, family partnerships etc.) - minimum two years of income from freelance activities;
- other permanent incomes certified with documents - minimum 6 months of these types of income.
