July 22nd, 2011
ProCredit Bank’s rating for long-term foreign currency loans was confirmed to "BB+" by Fitch Ratings agency and the one for short term to "B". In the case of ProCredit Bank, the rating agency confirmed the ratings in Lei, as well, to "BB+/B". Long-term ratings have all stable perspective.
ProCredit Bank Romania ratings confirmation reflects Fitch's view on ProCredit Holding, the main shareholder, which remains committed to supporting the bank and the moderate probability for supporting the bank, considering the group's financial strength.
The quality of ProCredit Bank Romania assets is above average because of the bank’s focusing on financing production, rather than disbursing consumer loans, as well as due to a diversified loan portfolio.
