Bucharest, 29 May 2023: ProCredit Bank launches the ProGreen Loan for Photovoltaic Panels intended for private individuals, with no down payment and no fees. The loan is aimed at those who want to make the transition to a renewable energy source, while benefiting from reduced energy bill costs.

„More and more clients are opting to invest in photovoltaic panels in order to reduce electricity costs while helping to protect the environment. The ProGreen Photovoltaic Panel Loan comes with multiple benefits for consumers who are making the best decisions for the future and want sustainable sources of energy with low environmental impact. Solar energy is a sustainable and clean resource, and photovoltaic panels allow the direct conversion of solar radiation into electricity. So investing in a photovoltaic system not only reduces your household's carbon footprint, but also provides you with an independent and economical source of energy in the long term.

Photovoltaic panels allow users to become prosumers as well, and the initial investment pays for itself in a short period of time. Moreover, our partners who are eligible installers can guide and support the customer in the actual implementation of the investment.

It should be noted that during the loan process, clients have a dedicated advisor to manage their files and the opening of the ProGreen current account package can be done 100% online", said Alexandra Floricică, Head of Green Energy, ProCredit Bank.

The ProGreen Photovoltaic Loan is part of the ProGreen green loan offer for private individuals. The maximum amount that can be granted through this loan is 150,000 lei, for a maximum loan period of 5 years, without any down payment, loan application or analysis fees. The clients can choose between a variable annual interest rate of IRCC + 3.28% or a fixed rate of 10%.
