Head of Innovation Hub
For our Innovation Hub, we are seeking a motivated Head of Innovation Hub
This position is based in Bucharest at ProCredit Bank Romania
The Innovation Hub in Bucharest will be responsible for developing, executing and continuously monitoring the implementation of the Groups and local ProCredit banks retail banking strategy, driving sustainable profitable growth in each country. The Innovation Hub will conduct market research, identify and implement best practice in retail banking covering exceptional customer-centricity, excellent customer service, customer acquisition & retention and digital solution innovation.
As Head of Innovation Hub, you will be responsible for coordination of the multidisciplinary teams within the Innovation Hub, with the role of integrating business requirements, digital innovation and operational transformation into the development strategies of the Individual and Legal Clients segments. It ensures consistency between ProCredit Holding’s initiatives and local needs, delivering scalable, efficient and customer-centric solutions. The role involves leadership in innovation initiatives, market analysis and support in the development of banking products and services.
Your role in our team:
- Manages the process of collecting, analyzing and prioritizing requirements regarding product development and communication channels with customers, providing support in the management of requests and in the development of projects;
- Coordinates the team’s participation in implementation projects, monitors progress and facilitates the resolution of bottlenecks;
- Coordinates market research, competitive benchmarking and analysis of customer insights to substantiate business decisions.
- Oversees the design and testing of financial products and services for customers, ensuring functional and visual consistency across channels, processes and digital interfaces.
- Coordinates the performance of usability tests to validate solutions and optimize the user experience.
- Leads the implementation and optimization of customer journeys, monitors their performance and proposes improvements;
- Collaborates with the marketing team in defining and optimizing the customer acquisition and loyalty strategy.
- Contributes to digital transformation by developing the strategy for digital channels and online banking, providing support in automation and innovation projects.
- Coordinates the UX/UI evaluation and improvement of the client’s digital journey; participates in the selection of suppliers and provides support in the implementation of technological solutions.
- Ensures the continuous development of the team, through coaching, feedback and mentoring.
- Promotes a collaborative work environment, oriented towards innovation, performance and continuous improvement.
- Supports and stimulates the organizational culture based on learning, adaptability and openness to change.
What we expect:
- Higher education in economics, management, IT or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, preferably in the banking or fintech field.
- Solid knowledge of banking products and services and digital transformation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of workflows, banking procedures and legal requirements in the field
- Ability to analyze and orientation to results, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with an ability to align business and technical stakeholders and drive results across functions
- An excellent command of written and spoken English, being the working language in the department and within the ProCredit group; knowledge of languages spoken in the countries in which the ProCredit group operates is an advantage
