As a precaution measure for possible phishing attacks, that are targeting banking clients, more and more often, we remind you that:

  • The Internet Banking service must be accessed only introducing the web address in the upper bar of your browser, in this case The web page can be saved in Favorites for easy access. Never access the Internet Banking log in page from a link received on e-mail or through an online ad.
  • Any exception from the normal routine regarding Internet Banking platform, should be seen as suspicious.

We are permanently cautious about our clients data security, therefore we ask you to report any suspicion or phishing (fraud) attempt by contacting us through the assistance line 0372.100.200.
