ProCredit Bank launches ProGreen Auto Credit

 
Bucharest, March 22, 2023: ProCredit Bank launches the ProGreen Auto green loan for private individuals who want to buy a new full electric or plug-in hybrid car. The new product is part of the ProGreen loan offer, designed to support ProCredit Bank customers in making sustainable investments.
 
"The green car market in Romania is developing, and ProCredit Bank aims to stimulate the transition to environmentally friendly means of transportation for the general public. The ProGreen Auto loan comes with numerous advantages to facilitate the purchase of new electric and plug-in hybrid cars. In addition to the advantageous interest rates for purchasing the vehicle, customers can access additional financing of up to 10% of the value of the car within the same lending product, to cover any additional expenses related to the investment. With the launch of the ProGreen Auto loan, ProCredit Bank takes the next step in completing the offer of products and services for private individuals. New customers can apply online for the ProGreen Auto credit, even when opening an account. The loan can be granted in lei, both with a variable interest rate (IRCC + 3.28%) and with a fixed interest rate (10%), for a period of up to 5 years and with the possibility of full financing of the investment, up to 50,000 euros, equivalent in lei. The bank does not request an disbursemement fee, payment of a down payment, or CASCO insurance. The loan is also available to customers who access the Rabla Plus program.
 
As part of the same analysis, eligible customers can request additional financing, up to 10% of the amount intended for the purchase of the vehicle, for other related expenses such as installing an electric charging station or for travel costs.
 
ProCredit Bank has also entered into a partnership with EVconnect, one of the main providers of electric car charging solutions. Within this partnership, customers who successfully apply for ProGreen Auto between 22/03/2023 and 22/09/2023, can receive an amount of 400 Lei on the EVconnect card, covering the kWh needed to travel approximately 1,000 kilometres.
