ProCredit Bank opens a Self-Service zone in Craiova

 
Bucharest, 27 February 2023: ProCredit Bank opens a Self-Service zone in Craiova to offer customers direct access to cash transactions.
 
”By opening this ProCredit Bank Self-Service zone, we want to offer easy access to cash withdrawals and deposits to our customers in Craiova. The Self-Service concept is designed to meet the cash transaction needs often encountered by farmers - an important segment of our portfolio in Oltenia. Customers already benefit from digital solutions in dealing with the bank, as well as from specialised advice through a dedicated advisor. Moreover, through our partnership with Brinks, our customers in all parts of the country already benefit from cash management and shipping services." , said Valentina Neagoe, Head of Business Clients Department, ProCredit Bank Romania.
 
The new ProCredit Bank Self-Service zone is located in the Auchan Craiovita shopping complex on Calea Severinului 5A and respects the opening hours of the venue. The zone accommodates two cash deposit machines for both lei and euro, one ATM for cash withdrawal in lei, and one ATM for cash deposit-withdrawal in lei.
 
The bank is physically present in 4 major cities in Romania: Bucharest, Constanta, Craiova and Timisoara with 3 branches, 4 24/7 zones and a Self-Service zone, and serves legal entities and private individuals from all areas of the country through digital banking solutions and dedicated banking advisors. Some of the digital services offered by ProCredit Bank are the transmission of debit instruments via mobile app, electronic signature for contracts in the relationship with the bank, online account opening for both legal entities and private individuals, and authorization on business accounts for responsible parties.
