The 24/7 Zones at all ProCredit Bank outlets offer access to a wide range of banking services and operations: you can make cash deposits and withdrawals, stamp and deposit payment slips, access Internet banking, print your account statements, and contact the Call Centre. These facilities are available to all our clients, both legal entities and private clients, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

IMPORTANT! ProB@nking Plus temporarily unavailable

We would like to inform you that due to a maintenance window, ProB@nking Plus application will be temporarily unavailable on March 6, 2017, within the hours 23:00 - 23:15.

Important- 3D Secure service unavailable

We would like to inform you that, due to a maintenance window, the 3D Secure service will be temporarily unavailable on March 1st, 2017, within the hours 09:00 - 09:20. 

Business without borders

Using this system, payment orders can be made to eleven banks – all members of the ProCredit network of banks in South Eastern Europe and Germany – under highly favorable conditions in a very short period of time.

First ProCredit Bank branch to operate without cash at the counter

We inform you that starting with August 1st, 2016, in ProCredit Bank Bucuresti Baneasa Branch there will be no more cash transactions executed at the counter.
